Do I have to come in person, or can I work with you remotely?
Both. My office is in Northwest San Antonio, and I meet with local clients in person. I also offer virtual consultations via Zoom for clients throughout Texas.
What's the difference between a will and a trust in Texas?
A will goes through probate before it takes effect — a court process that can take months and become public record. A trust transfers your assets to your beneficiaries privately and without probate.
