A Plan Your Family Can Actually Use — Without the Overwhelm
Most people put off estate planning for years. Not because they don't care, but because it feels like an open-ended, complicated project with no clear starting point. That changes when you have a structured process and one attorney guiding you through it.
At Aria Law, every client goes through a five-meeting planning process — designed so you never have to wonder what comes next. I ask the questions, explain the options, and draft the documents. You make the decisions. By the time you sign, your plan is complete, your family is protected, and you understand exactly what you have.

Questions Families Ask Before Their First Consultation
Do I need an estate planning attorney, or can I use an online will service?
Online tools can produce basic documents, but they can't ask follow-up questions, identify gaps in your plan, or ensure your documents are properly executed under Texas law. If you have children, property, or anyone depending on you, a properly drafted plan from an attorney is worth the difference.
How much does estate planning cost at Aria Law?
Every service is priced as a flat fee, so you'll know the exact cost before any work begins. Payment plans are available. Your free 15-minute consultation is the right place to get a number that fits your situation.
Do you offer bilingual estate planning consultations in San Antonio?
Yes. I work with clients in both English and Spanish throughout every stage of the process — from intake through document signing.
Do I have to come in person, or can I work with you remotely?
Both. My office is in Northwest San Antonio, and I meet with local clients in person. I also offer virtual consultations via Zoom for clients throughout Texas.
What's the difference between a will and a trust in Texas?
A will goes through probate before it takes effect — a court process that can take months and become public record. A trust transfers your assets to your beneficiaries privately and without probate. Which one is right for your family depends on what you own, who you're leaving it to, and how much control you want over the timing and conditions of that transfer. I cover this in our first meeting.
