about us
Meet Jacqueline C. Ramon —
Estate Planning Attorney, San Antonio, TX
I do this work because I've sat with families in the hardest moments of their lives — and I've seen what happens when there's no plan in place.
Why I Became an Estate Planning Attorney
I didn't start my career planning to specialize in wills and trusts. But the more time I spent with families navigating loss — watching executors scramble, watching siblings disagree over what their parent "would have wanted," watching a surviving spouse discover they didn't have access to the accounts — the clearer it became. The grief is unavoidable. The legal chaos isn't.
Estate planning is the one area of law where I get to help people before the crisis hits. I get to sit across from a young couple with a new baby and say: here's how you protect them. I get to sit with a widow and say: here's how we settle this without a courtroom. That's the work I want to do.
I see the tears. Sometimes I'm praying with them. And I want every family that walks through my door to leave with a plan they actually understand — not a stack of documents they're afraid

A Practice Built on Planning, Not Litigation
Aria Law handles estate planning, uncontested probate, trust administration, and business formation. That's it. I don't do courtroom work. I don't take contested matters. I don't represent clients in disputes.
That's not a limitation — it's a choice. The families and individuals who come to me are looking for peace of mind, not a fight. My practice is built around that. If your situation involves litigation or a contested estate, I'll tell you that clearly and point you toward an attorney who handles that work.
What I offer is focused, relationship-driven planning with no pressure, no judgment, and no surprises on the bill.

What Working with Me Actually Looks Like
Every client at Aria Law goes through a structured five-meeting process — from intake through document signing and beyond. I designed it that way because estate planning has a reputation for being complicated and open-ended, and most people who put it off do so because they don't know where to start or when it's done.
With my process, you always know where you are. I ask the questions. I explain the options in plain language. You make the decisions. And when we're finished, you'll have a complete plan you understand — not one you're storing in a drawer hoping you never need.
You work directly with me through all of it. My team of two paralegals and three admins supports every step behind the scenes, so things move efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks — but your relationship is with me, and I know your file.
Beyond the Office
I live and work in this community. I'm a member of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, and my daughters keep me on the sidelines of volleyball courts and cheer competitions across the area. I sponsor local teams because I believe in showing up for the people around me — inside the office and outside it.
Most of my new clients come through referrals from past clients, local CPAs, and financial advisors who trust that their people will be treated well. When someone sends me their adult child for foundational documents at 18, that's not a transaction — that's a relationship built over years. That's what I'm working toward with every family I serve.
I work with clients in English and Spanish, and I want every person who calls this office to feel like they belong here — whatever language they're most comfortable in.
