Jacqueline C. Ramon

Estate Planning & Business Formation Attorney | Licensed in Texas Since November 2017

Jacqueline C. Ramon is a bilingual estate planning and business formation attorney serving individuals, families, and small businesses across Texas — in English and in Spanish. She works directly with every client from the first conversation through the final signature, guiding families through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make with honesty, warmth, and plain language.

She founded Aria Law PLLC with one clear purpose: to help families build the kind of protection that actually holds when it matters most.

Why Estate Planning

Over the years, I've sat with families at some of their hardest moments — navigating loss, trying to sort out what comes next, wondering why no one made a plan when there was still time. I've also sat with families who had a plan in place, and watched them move through an incredibly difficult time with far less conflict, far less confusion, and far more grace.

That difference is why I do this work.

I've seen what happens when there is no plan: disputes between family members, assets tied up for months, children without a clear guardian, pets without care instructions, and beneficiaries who needed support but weren't properly provided for. I've also seen what a thoughtful, complete estate plan can do — not just for the person who created it, but for every person they love.

My clients often come to me with complex family situations: blended families navigating competing interests, parents of minor children who need more than a basic will, families with a loved one who has a disability or capacity concern, business owners who need their personal and professional lives to work together in the plan. These are exactly the situations where having the right plan — and the right attorney — makes the biggest difference.

At Aria Law, we don't just prepare documents. We help you think through the real questions: Who will raise your children if you can't? Who will speak for you if you're incapacitated? What happens to your business, your home, your pet, your story — the things that matter most to your family? We build plans that answer those questions clearly, so the people you love don't have to figure it out alone.

A Little About Jacqueline

Jacqueline grew up in the Port Isabel/South Padre Island area and now calls Fair Oaks Ranch home, where she lives with her husband Jesus, their daughters (10 and 13 and fully immersed in volleyball and cheer), and grandma Velia. She is an active member of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio and is deeply committed to the community she serves.

When she's not in the office, she's likely on the sideline cheering at a volleyball match, at church, or somewhere in between — she describes herself as an Uber mom in the best possible way. She loves reading, growing in her faith, and is working (slowly but surely) toward finishing her flight hours and earning her pilot's license. Her family's favorite reset is a trip to Florida to visit family and spend time with Mickey and the gang.
